Developing Nutrition Programs: Learn how to organize and execute nutrition consultations with clients and develop individualized plans based on those sessions.
• Fitness Nutrition: Explore how to set goals based on your stage of change within the transtheoretical model (TTM) of behavior change.
• Nutrition How To's: Understand how to read nutrition labels. Includes snack recommendations for clients, kids and athletes.

Mohrez also offers fitness testing and goal setting working one-on-one with a client to prescribe workouts tailored to the individual's needs and goals. These customized services may take place in health clubs, in the home, at worksite fitness facilities or online.
